CE Hours: 20.5 NCBTMB Approved
Format: 4.5 hours online + 16 hours in-person hands-on training

Payment Plan
Payments may be made, but balance must be paid in full at least 30 days prior to seminar/class start. Inside 30 days, FULL payment must be received at time of booking or space cannot be guaranteed.
All course purchases are non-refundable. If it is 30 days prior to the start of in person class you may transfer to another date/ location one time. After that there will be a $50 administrative fee to transfer.

Class Policies:
I am severely allergic to any synthetic scents, Please do not wear any perfumes or scented body products including hand sanitizers or wear clothes/ bring linens washed in scented laundry detergent.
I WILL lose my voice if exposed.

Attendance: Students must attend the full class to get credit. If a student misses no more than 15 minutes of class (not including scheduled breaks), they may receive full credit.

Certificates can only be given for the number of CEs approved by NCBTMB, no partial credit may be given.

Be quiet when I am teaching

Be quiet and focus on the technique when we are practicing during hands on. No chit chat. You cannot absorb the information if you are talking the whole time. You are always welcome to ask questions pertaining to the material at any time and communicate with your partner throughout.
Weather & Travel-Related Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
1. Inclement Weather Policy
Your safety is my top priority. If severe weather conditions (such as snowstorms, hurricanes, flooding, or other extreme events) create unsafe travel conditions or prevent class participation, the following policies apply:

Instructor-Initiated Cancellation: If Pump Lymphatics Massage Continuing Education determines that the seminar must be canceled or rescheduled due to inclement weather, all registered attendees will be notified via email and/or text as soon as possible.

Attendees will have the option to transfer their registration to a rescheduled class or receive credit toward a future seminar within 12 months.

Refunds are not issued due to weather-related cancellations initiated by the instructor.

Attendee-Initiated Cancellation: If an attendee is unable to travel due to extreme weather in their local area but the class remains in session, they must:

Notify us at least 12 hours before the start of class via TEXT ONLY. NOT Email

Provide documentation (such as flight cancellations, road closures, or emergency alerts).

In these cases, the attendee may transfer their registration to a future class within 12 months.

2. Travel Disruptions (Flight Delays, Cancellations, etc.)

If an attendee experiences flight delays or cancellations that prevent them from arriving on time for class, they must notify us as soon as possible.

Attendees may reschedule for another class within 12 months, provided they give at least 12 hours’ notice and submit proof of the travel disruption.
-
No-shows without prior notification will forfeit their registration fee with no credit or refund.
3. No-Show & Late Arrival Policy

If an attendee does not show up for class and has not communicated a valid weather or travel-related reason, their registration fee is non-refundable and non-transferable.

If an attendee arrives more than 30 minutes late due to travel disruptions but the class is still in session, they may join at the instructor’s discretion, but no refunds or credits will be given for missed time.
4. Force Majeure Clause
Pump Lymphatics Massage Continuing Education is not responsible for acts of nature, government restrictions, pandemics, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to reschedule classes, but refunds will not be issued.

Please bring a massage table, bolster, sheets, blanket, pillow case for draping

Optional items: table warmer, robe for running to bathroom, comfy chair/ stool, folding chairs provided.

Dress comfy and warm, please no street shoes in the classroom so I recommend bringing a clean, dry pair to leave for the weekend.
